Substance Abuse
The ASAM Level 2.5 Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a structured, clinically intensive level of care designed for individuals with substance use disorders (SUD) who require comprehensive treatment services but do not need 24-hour inpatient supervision. This program delivers a minimum of 20 hours of therapeutic services per week within a highly structured and supportive environment.
The PHP model integrates a multidisciplinary approach to treatment, offering a combination of individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, medication management, relapse prevention planning, and coordinated family involvement. Services are tailored to support stabilization, promote recovery, and enhance the individual’s functioning across multiple life domains, including home, school, work, and community.
The goal of this level of care is to address the complex biopsychosocial needs associated with SUD, reduce the risk of relapse, and support the client’s transition to a lower level of care or reintegration into daily life with strengthened coping skills and support systems.
Peer Recovery
Certified Peer Recovery Specialists can provide support to others with mental illness, substance abuse, or co- occurring disorder and help them achieve their personal recovery goals by promoting self-determination, personal responsibility, and the empowerment inherent in self-directed recovery.
